Culture & organisation e-learning built around who you are

Every organisation has a culture. The question is how quickly new employees understand it.

With digital culture training, you can give every current and new colleague a meaningful introduction or reminder to your organisation, your values, your story, the way you work together and the behaviours that matter in everyday situations.

At Grape, we turn what makes your organisation unique into engaging digital learning. Through stories, animations, real situations, video, scenarios and interaction, we make culture something people can explore and recognise rather than simply read about.

Engaging, Interactive and Built on Your Standards.

Make your culture e-learning something people can recognise and act on.

Values are easy to put on a slide. The interesting part is what they mean when people have to make a decision, work with a colleague, challenge an idea or meet a customer.

That is where we start.

Learning design and production under one roof: consultants, learning designers and digital production specialists work together from the first idea to the finished experience.

We make the intangible tangible: culture, values and ways of working can be difficult to teach. We turn them into stories, choices, dilemmas and situations employees can recognise.

Built to work across your organisation: one strong learning concept can be adapted across roles, markets and languages without losing what makes your culture yours.

How do we build your culture & organisation e-learning

Kick-off Workshop

In collaboration with you and your team, we always kickoff with a workshop to determine topic, learning objectives, design, tools and roles.

Creative Learning Design

Here, the focus is on how the design should be designed, both to meet your design guidelines, but also to achieve the agreed learning objectives most effectively.

Story Development

A text-based storyboard gives a clear structure for the module. We review and customise it with your team before production starts.

E-learning Production

Once the storyboard is approved, production begins. We record audio and video and develop animations and gamification elements.

Implementation

We deliver the source files, test everything on your platform and provide ongoing support after launch.

Frequently asked Questions

Company culture is the shared behaviours, assumptions and ways of working that shape everyday decisions. Training makes values and history useful by showing what they mean in real situations.
Company culture training should include purpose, values, history, behaviours, collaboration, decision-making, leadership expectations and stories that employees recognise. Avoid presenting culture as slogans alone.
Company culture training can be relevant to the whole organisation, because culture is shaped by how people work, communicate and make decisions every day. It is especially useful for onboarding new employees, supporting managers, bringing teams together after organisational change or mergers, and reinforcing shared values across different locations.
04Can company culture training be customised to our organisation?
Company culture training should reflect the culture you actually want employees to experience and contribute to. Grape can build the learning from scratch around your values, strategy, behaviours and real workplace situations, so the content feels recognisable and relevant. The finished e-learning can match your visual identity and be delivered through your existing LMS or hosted by Grape.
Company culture training can be assessed by looking at whether employees understand the organisation’s values and can recognise the behaviours those values should lead to in everyday situations. Scenario-based questions and employee feedback can help reveal where expectations are clear and where more explanation or reinforcement is needed.
