Anti-Harassment

At Grape, we have developed this online course that focuses on how you as an employee can contribute to a workplace free from harassment and offensive behavior. The course consists of four short modules that give you knowledge, reflection and concrete tools to identify and respond to inappropriate behavior – both in physical and digital work situations.

Prevent & Manage Harassment

Before It Becomes Part of the Culture

The course is built around realistic examples and interactive exercises where you have to consider, among other things:

The real-life cases in the course are designed to create recognition and engagement. Instead of theory and paragraphs, participants encounter realistic scenarios from everyday life in the workplace – such as unfortunate comments, digital messages or situations of public humiliation.

You will have the opportunity to reflect and practice your judgment in a safe environment. By choosing between different reaction options in fictional but believable situations, you’ll be better prepared to act when it counts – both for your own and your colleagues’ well-being.

The course is flexible and can easily be adapted to your organization. We can adjust visual elements such as colors, logo and tone-of-voice to match your brand. We can also incorporate your own policies, whistleblower links or real-life examples to make the content relevant and recognizable.

The course is delivered either as a SCORM file for your LMS or as a complete solution with login, hosting and reporting. We are happy to customize the delivery according to your needs – whether you are a small department or a global organization.

Content

Choose the length: 30, 15, or perhaps 10 min

You will be introduced to what harassment is and why it is important to work actively to prevent it. You’ll learn about company values and the shared commitment to creating a safe and respectful work environment.
You’ll gain insight into different forms of harassment – verbal, physical, psychological and sexual. You’ll be presented with everyday scenarios and learn how even “small” comments can have a big impact.
This module focuses on your role in the change. You’ll get concrete strategies to take action – both if you experience inappropriate behavior yourself and if you witness it.
At the end of the course, you will summarize the key points and get inspiration on how you can make a difference in your everyday life – even in situations where it can be difficult to react.

Frequently asked Questions

Anti-harassment training helps employees understand what inappropriate and harassing behaviour can look like at work, how to respond when concerns arise and how everyone can contribute to a respectful workplace. Digital scenarios can turn policies into situations employees can recognise in practice.
Anti-harassment training should explain expected workplace behaviour, different forms of harassment, boundaries, bystander responses, reporting routes and the responsibilities employees and managers have when concerns are raised. Examples should reflect realistic workplace situations and the organisation’s own policies.
Anti-harassment training is relevant to all employees because everyone should understand the organisation’s standards for respectful behaviour and how to raise concerns. Managers and people responsible for handling reports may need additional guidance on their responsibilities.
04Can anti-harassment training be customised to our organisation?
Yes. Anti-harassment training can be adapted to your organisation’s policies, reporting routes, terminology, scenarios and visual identity so employees encounter situations and guidance that match their workplace.
Quizzes and scenario-based questions can assess whether employees recognise inappropriate behaviour, understand reporting options and know how to respond. Completion data, learner feedback and recurring questions can help identify where further clarification or follow-up is needed.
