SOLUTION: TAILOR-MADE E-LEINGSOUTHVIKLING TO THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION
Grape developed a 15-minute digital learning module with animated cases, video and interactive dilemmas. The module trains employees’ judgment and ensures they know when – and how – to report. The e-learning is translated to 10 languages and delivered with subtitles and voiceover, so all employees get the same understanding – globally.

A consistent and engaging learning path that covers the entire organization – across countries and cultures. Lundbeck now has one global standard for Patient Safety Information training that is scalable, maintainable and easy to roll out.
