Grape has put together a program of six modules where Mads Dahl-Larsen will give you inspiration on how you can use DiSC to understand your own behavior in your interactions with others.
Understand your own behavior when interacting with others
DiSC gives you an understanding of behavior without illuminating other aspects of a personality.
But what can this knowledge be used for?
The greatest value DiSC can bring – is not so much an understanding of other people’s behavior, but more an understanding of your own behavior in relation to a given situation.
The course is made up of videos, as well as small exercises and reflections along the way.
When you have completed the DiSC course, you will
- Know about the DiSC personal profile tool.
- Know the different archetypes in DiSC.
- Know the behavior and communication styles of the four archetypes.
The course is structured as microlearning that continuously activates your target audience and uses different tools. We customize the program in length, branding and examples to fit your organization perfectly.
We can deliver the e-learning to your LMS or in a bundled solution including LMS and reporting.
CONTENT
MODULE 1 - INTRODUCTION
Introduction to DiSC and a brief introduction to which modules are covered in the program.
MODULE 2 - WHAT IS DISC?
What is DiSC? And what is not?
MODULE 3 - THE 4 CATEGORIES
Review of the four overall behavioral traits in DiSC profiles that make up the overall personality or profile.
MODULE 4 - TEMPO AXES
The tempo axis tells something about how we act. In the module you learn what differences the different profiles have in relation to the tempo axis.
MODULE 5 - FOCUS AXIS
The focus axis tells whether the profiles focus on the task or on people. In the module you learn what differences the different profiles have in relation to the focus axis.
MODULE 6 - ARCHETYPES
The four archetypes of DiSC do not exist in their purest form. We all have something from all 4, and the tool only really comes into its own when we combine the archetypes.
