CONTENT
INTRODUCTION
In the introductory module, the target audience is introduced to the key principles of first aid, including the chain of survival, the ABC method and the most important first steps in an emergency.
MODULE 1 - CARDIAC ARREST FIRST AID
In this module, the target group learns to understand and apply the chain of survival, examine consciousness and breathing, and perform proper CPR.
The target group also learns:

The ABC method and the body’s three vital systems

Recognizing abnormal breathing

Giving proper CPR and artificial respiration

Using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

Why a little help is better than no help
The module includes realistic scenarios, movies with rescuers and quizzes to reinforce learning.
MODULE 2 - ACCIDENT FIRST AID
This module shows how the target group creates safety at the scene of an accident, assesses the type of accident and provides first aid while waiting for professional help.
Among other things, the target group learns:

MODULE 3 - FIRST AID FOR ACUTE ILLNESSES

Low blood sugar and diabetes – how to spot symptoms and help correctly
The module makes it easy to understand the difference between harmless symptoms and situations where you need to react quickly.
MODULE 4 - FIRST AID FOR LIFE-THREATENING DISEASES
In this module, the target group learns to distinguish between different types of bleeding and act quickly in case of massive bleeding.
The target group learns to:

Provide first aid with direct pressure, compression and pressure dressing

Recognize internal bleeding and respond appropriately
MODULE 5 - BONUS MODULE: FIRST AID FOR CHILDREN
