HEALTH UNDER PRESSURE
Cleaning work is hard on both body and skin. Repetitive movements, wet work, and cleaning agents are abrasive and can lead to everything from work-related injuries to skin problems like eczema.
TEC and BFA wanted to develop a solution that could educate and motivate employees to take care of themselves when cleaning.
The ambition was clear: create a digital learning universe that makes health and safety relevant, accessible and – most importantly – usable for the target group. The solution should not only impart knowledge, but inspire pride in the work they do every day – the heroes of everyday life.
E-learning courses with high impact
The courses are developed in an easy-to-understand format with videos, animations, interactive exercises and concrete examples from the cleaning industry.
The project has already created great value for the industry, reaching over 1200 participants from 400 different companies.
