More and more companies are starting to have a more project-oriented organization.
Therefore, basic project management addresses both:

Basic Project Management
The online course in Basic Project Management consists of 7 modules, where Mads Dahl-Larsen reviews all the most important factors so that you can always succeed with your projects.
INTRODUCTION
Introduction to the concept of “project management” as well as a brief introduction to which modules are covered in the program.
WHAT IS A PROJECT?
Is it a project, or “just” a task? In this module, Mads explains what defines a project – and how a project can well develop into a task in the long run.
GOVERNANCE
There are two important factors that you need to keep in mind when organising your projects – we review them in the module “Governance”.
OUTCOME
What value should the project deliver? In this module, we review examples of what the outcome can be, as well as how it can best be measured.
SCOPE
What is does not within scope? Yes, it may seem backwards – but it is often a good way to define the scope of the project – in this module we go in depth with defining project scope with the scope triangle.
MILESTONE
What are the sub-goals of the project? In this module, we take a closer look at why milestones are so important for the project and what happens between these milestones.
ACTION PLAN FOR THE PROJECT
Finally, we take a closer look at an action plan for the project. You have the option of downloading a template on an action plan that you can use for your own projects.
