THE CHALLENGE

STARK Group had an existing Health & Safety course that needed to be updated both professionally and visually. The course had to work for a broad range of employees with different levels of knowledge and experience, while also being suitable for use across the Nordic markets. In addition, there was a need for a digital solution where completion could be documented as part of the company’s compliance efforts.

THE SOLUTION

We developed 10 modules in Articulate Rise, combining explanatory animations with a variety of interactive exercises. We managed the entire process, from project management and instructional design to storyboarding, voice-over, animation and final production, working closely with STARK Group’s subject matter expert. The course was then translated and adapted into five languages, making it ready for international rollout.

THE RESULT

STARK Group gained a scalable Health & Safety solution that brought key safety topics together in one shared learning environment. The course created a consistent foundation across countries, languages and employee groups. At the same time, the digital format made it easier to maintain, update and reuse the training across the organisation.
