Frequently asked Questions

Compliance training helps employees understand the rules, policies and behaviours expected in their roles. Strong training connects requirements and goals with realistic decisions, so employees know what to do when a situation occurs at work.

Compliance training should cover the risks that matter to the organisation, such as GDPR, anti-bribery, AML, cybersecurity and the code of conduct. Role-specific scenarios are more useful than a long list of rules.

Compliance training is relevant to different employee groups depending on role, responsibility and exposure. A core programme is relevant to all employees, while higher-risk roles may need extra modules. New hires, managers and employees working with data, payments, suppliers or public officials often need different examples.
04Can compliance training be customised to our organisation?
Yes. Grape can customise compliance training around your policies, risk areas, roles and compliance scenarios. We can adapt scenarios, language, visual identity and level of detail, then deliver the learning to your existing LMS or host it for you. The result is scalable digital learning that feels relevant to the people who must use it.
Completion on its own tells you very little. The quizzes built into each module test whether learners recognise the rules, and their choices in realistic scenarios show whether they can act on them. Read those results next to policy questions, incident patterns and follow-up activity, and let anyone who scores poorly run the module again to close the gap.
