The project was about making STARK Group’s Code of Conduct present, relevant and easy to understand for all employees. The course was to convey how to do business properly, treat each other respectfully and take responsibility; both as a colleague, employee and manager. The goal was to translate the overall principles into concrete behavior in everyday life.

STARK Group is an international company with employees across multiple countries and functions. The organisation ranges widely from employees with direct customer contact to employees in more administrative and office-based roles. This places great demands on common guidelines, culture and collaboration across the entire group.

THE CHALLENGE
The biggest challenge was to create learning that worked for a very broad and diverse audience across multiple countries. The content had to be relevant for both customer-facing employees and those working in offices. At the same time, the language, tone and level of difficulty had to be right so that everyone could relate to the material.
THE SOLUTION
We developed a 15-minute e-learning course in English as a master version, which was subsequently translated into Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and German. By using AI for voiceover and narration, we were able to make the translation process both agile and scalable. The course combined short, clear theory with engaging case studies that made the content concrete and easy to put into practice.

RESULTS
The project resulted in a solution that the customer was very happy with and made it possible to reach the entire target group across countries and functions. This created a strong common starting point for working with the Code of Conduct in the organisation. At the same time, the project has contributed to more people in the organisation subsequently showing interest in working with us on other tasks.
