A GDPR course of 7 modules (about 60 minutes, Danish and English) in versions for different audiences, with LMS-compatible documentation.

THE CHALLENGE

EDC needed a consistent and scalable GDPR effort that could:

  • Reach all employees regardless of geography and role
  • Raise baseline knowledge about proper handling of personal data
  • Support audit and documentation requirements without heavy operations

THE SOLUTION

  • GDPR course
    (Online, 7 modules, approx. 60 min., Danish/English) as digital e-learning.
  • Distribution at scale – geography is not a barrier and updates can be rolled out to everyone.
  • LMS-compatible solution with completion/quiz so documentation is easy to pull.

The focus is on behavior and practice rather than paragraphs employees exercise judgment in realistic situations so that GDPR is complied with in everyday life.

RESULTS

  • Closing the awareness gap: common baseline and common language on data protection.
  • Reduced risk: better routines and fewer errors in the daily processing of data, both internal data and data about customers and partners.
  • Less friction: fast onboarding of new employees and consistent training across teams.
