Finansiel Stabilitet has a critical responsibility to society: To ensure access to accounts and payment infrastructure if a bank in Denmark fails. In this work, compliance, data security and organizational preparedness are crucial, and this requires continuous upskilling of employees.

Finansiel Stabilitet is a state-owned company under the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs that is responsible for handling distressed financial companies in Denmark. The organization currently has around 60 employees and also performs tasks on behalf of the state in connection with e.g. deposit guarantees, home loan guarantees and asset sales.
