AI awareness e-learning
The project aimed to upskill all Lundbeck employees in responsible AI use. The course introduces prompting techniques and approved AI tools and provides concrete examples of use cases in Lundbeck so that employees can use AI safely and effectively in everyday life.
Lundbeck is a Danish, worldwide pharmaceutical group with products in over 100 countries. The group employs approx. 5.400 employees around the world.

E-learning in 10 languages
THE CHALLENGE
Lundbeck wanted to meet the upcoming requirements of the EU AI Regulation, which sets clear requirements for training in AI skills. The goal was to raise awareness of AI across the organization, across roles, countries, and technical backgrounds without losing relevance for the individual employee.
SOLUTION
Grape developed a 25-minute English-language learning module with animation videos, interactive elements and scenario exercises. The module introduces employees to responsible AI use, prompting techniques and Lundbeck’s own approved AI tools with concrete use cases from everyday life. The module is built to be updated continuously as the AI landscape evolves.
RESULTS
Lundbeck can now offer all employees across countries a common and safe approach to AI in the workplace. The course meets the requirements of the EU AI Regulation and strengthens employees’ skills to use AI effectively and informed in their daily work.
