We developed 2 modules – first an introduction to Spar Nord’s strategy of being a personal bank in a digital world, and then an introduction to the basics of technology and ‘best practice’ when having online meetings. Then the advisers had to go out and have practical experience with their colleagues before taking the next module: Optimization of the personal online meeting .
Why change what works?
We knew that the e-learning program had to address a behavioral change – from the physical meeting to far more online meetings. So we made sure to keep learning simple – with a fun twist.
