In collaboration with AS3, Grape has developed e-learning with a focus on Stress & Wellbeing, consisting of a total of three modules. Research shows that employees who thrive in the workplace perform better while being better at collaborating and thinking creatively. But what is it that makes employees thrive?

Stress is a societal challenge that in the workplace can have major consequences for both the individual and the organization. Stress should therefore be systematically prevented and managed.

If you want to create the greatest possible effect with your initiatives to ensure well-being and prevent stress, all organizational levels must be taken into account.

For example, if you’re working to create “resilient” employees, but the causes of unhappiness are structural, it’s like doing ongoing renovations on a house with a broken foundation.

The Stress & Well-being program has been prepared by well-being and development consultants at AS3, who are leaders in HR consulting. AS3 has for 30 years been concerned with what a good mental work environment is.

In this module you will learn the 6 paths to well-being. At the same time, you will gain an understanding of how you can use them flexibly in your daily work.

MODULE 2 - WELL-BEING IS A COMMON RESPONSIBILITY

In this module you will learn more about the IGLO model:

  • The individual
  • The group
  • Person in charge
  • The organization

Everyone has a responsibility to ensure well-being and prevent stress in the workplace.

MODULE 3 - TAKE STRESS IN THE RUN

In this module you will learn to understand the balance between requirements and resources. At the same time, you will become better at recognizing the physiological, psychological, and behavioral symptoms of stress.
