EMPLOYEE MODULE
MODULE 1 - Why is Activity Based Wokring a good idea?
The module provides an overview of the history of activity-based working and the personal benefits of the new work environment in the organisation.
MODULE 2 - What are the options?
The module is a review of the different zones found in activity-based working, such as Focus, Meet, Work, Home, Flex etc. This gives the target group a good understanding of what each zone is used for.
MODULE 3 - How do you navigate the new office landscape?
The final module gives the target group concrete exercises where they have to choose which zone is suitable for a given task. In this way, the target group gets concrete training and understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the zones.
LEADER MODULE
MODULE 1 - Why is Activity Based Wokring a good idea?
In this module, managers are introduced to the evidence behind activity-based working. Managers are also introduced to the different types of employees, their different needs and the path to success for implementing activity-based working in an organisation.
MODULE 2 - What is your role as a leader?
In the module, we give the manager a thorough review of what expectations they will meet in connection with the shift to activity-based working. The manager is taken through dilemma exercises from a typical everyday life in the new work environment and along the way gets input and experiences from other managers.
MODULE 3 - How do you help create new habits?
The module gives managers concrete tools and ideas for creating new habits in an everyday life with activity-based working.
