Regulatory reality: Why compliance<\/span> is non-negotiable<\/h2>\n

Before we talk culture, we need to get the baseline in place. In Denmark, the framework for work environment is tight – and the consequences of relaxing it are real. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The Danish Working Environment Authority has significant powers. They carry out unannounced inspections, talk to employees, take samples and photograph working conditions. If they find breaches of the Working Environment Act, they can issue citations: <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
