But maybe it\u2019s unclear where to start and how to get the whole organization on board? <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #e96569;\">AI Act <\/span>\u2013 why it matters to everyone<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.danskerhverv.dk\/branche\/digitalisering-teknologi--tele\/ai-act-eus-nye-forordning-om-kunstig-intelligens\/\">The AI Act <\/a>isn\u2019t just about technical standards \u2013 it\u2019s about <strong>responsible use of AI across the entire organization.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Since February 2, 2025<\/strong>, companies have had to demonstrate that employees understand the opportunities and risks of AI \u2013 and can identify unacceptable use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Since August 2, 2025<\/strong>, there are stricter requirements for transparency and the use of general AI models (such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means that AI is not just an IT issue \u2013 it\u2019s a <strong>shared task.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even employees who think\u201cAI has nothing to do with me\u201d are already affected \u2013 to a greater or lesser extent.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How many <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">false<\/span> starts<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A classic mistake is to start with tool training \u2013 such as Microsoft Copilot \u2013 without making sure people understand the common ground:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What is AI and <strong>how does it work?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What ethical and safety principles apply?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do <strong>we comply with the AI Act<\/strong> \u2013 regardless of role?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tools change fast.<br\/><strong>It\u2019s the basic understanding that lasts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three common <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">misconceptions<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cAI training is for the technical staff\u201c<br\/>AI awareness is about everyone. From HR to customer service, everyone needs to understand where AI can add value and how to avoid pitfalls. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cWe can do it with a one-off course\u201c<br\/>AI evolves faster than most policies can be updated. Training needs to be ongoing so that knowledge and practices are constantly updated. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cAI awareness = theory\u201d<br\/>Theory does not change behavior. When learning is based on realistic situations that resemble employees\u2019 everyday lives, the chances of it being translated into action increase. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion \u2013 AI training is for <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">everyone<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI is not for the few. <strong>AI training is for everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It starts with a common basic understanding and respect for the rules of the game set by the AI Act.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once that foundation is in place, tool training really starts to make sense \u2013 and <strong>then AI becomes both valuable and compliant.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AI is here to stay AI is here to stay \u2013 and it\u2019s already part of everyday life in most companies, often without us noticing.
