This can include how it\u2019s made, how it works and how it should be used. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train employees to advise customers about the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote better sales and higher customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this blog post, we take a closer look at what product training is.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Which employees is product training <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">relevant for<\/span>?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typically, employees in a sales position need to be directly \u2018trained\u2019 on a product. This could be a company\u2019s own employees or a subcontractor of a product. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With specific knowledge of a product\u2019s characteristics and benefits, they can:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sell the right thing for the customer\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer customer questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be trustworthy in their sales and guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Form, content and <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">tools<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The form of the course can be a combination of several tools and is always designed according to the relevant learning objectives and the purpose of the course. It often makes sense to visualize the product with graphics and explanations.
