Another is to make sure it\u2019s used effectively.    <\/p>\n<p>In this blog post, we\u2019ll give you our top tips on how to ensure your employees take advantage of the e-learning you offer!<\/p>\n<h2>Some tips to <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">ensure e-learning is used<\/span> in a company:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tell your employees WHY they should take the courses.<\/li>\n<li>Create a learning culture where skills development is seen as valuable.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your e-learning is engaging, interactive and relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tell your employees <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">WHY they should take the courses<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The first step to ensuring employees use e-learning is to make sure the courses are relevant.
