As educators, we can help learning along the way by: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create motivating and relevant content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenge individual understanding with new perspectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is often in the situation where we as humans experience that what we thought was one way is actually another way that we learn something new.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #136765;\"><span style=\"color: #e96569;\">Topic and learning objectives<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An <a href=\"https:\/\/grapenordic.com\/e-learning\">e-learning course<\/a> covers a specific topic. The topic will be broken down into a number of different learning objectives below. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, if the topic is Conflict Management, some of the learning objectives could be:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cUnderstand what the conflict staircase is\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or \u201cKnow how to avoid escalating a conflict\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good e-learning helps and motivates the learner to achieve individual learning objectives. Here you need to take both into account: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The trainee\u2019s existing <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">knowledge?<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">relevant<\/span> the topic is to the learner\u2019s everyday life?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the learner <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">resistance <\/span>to the topic?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is it <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">difficult<\/span> or easy?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And how high a <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">taxonomic<\/span> level do we want them to achieve once they have completed the course?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click here to read more about <a href=\"https:\/\/grapenordic.com\/blog-hvad-betyder-e-laering\/\">what e-learning means.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #e96569;\">Dialog<\/span> and sparring<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dialogue promotes individual understanding and should therefore be included. We recommend that an e-learning course contains reflection questions and dilemmas that encourage dialog and discussion with colleagues or, alternatively, a fictional entity in the course. For example, a course can:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be taken by several people together and include questions for colleagues to discuss along the way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be part of a <strong>blended<\/strong> learning program where colleagues work together on dilemmas or issues between digital courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include a built-in option for the learner to compare their answers with a fictional experienced colleague.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Structure and <span style=\"color: #e96569;\">learning process<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can then build the course with a mix of theory, exercises and examples and different tools that both create variety and support the learning process.
