THE CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

STARK Group had an existing Health & Safety course that needed to be updated both professionally and visually. The course had to work for a broad range of employees with different levels of knowledge and experience, while also being suitable for use across the Nordic markets. In addition, there was a need for a digital solution where completion could be documented as part of the company\u2019s compliance efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE SOLUTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We developed 10 modules in Articulate Rise, combining explanatory animations with a variety of interactive exercises. We managed the entire process, from project management and instructional design to storyboarding, voice-over, animation and final production, working closely with STARK Group\u2019s subject matter expert. The course was then translated and adapted into five languages, making it ready for international rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE RESULT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

STARK Group gained a scalable Health & Safety solution that brought key safety topics together in one shared learning environment. The course created a consistent foundation across countries, languages and employee groups.
