The solution had to meet several key requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital and flexible: The training had to be 100% digital (e-learning) so employees could take it whenever it fit into their busy schedule. This was essential to ensure a smooth rollout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical integration: It was a key requirement that all training programs could be seamlessly integrated and run in Gladsaxe Municipality\u2019s own learning management system (LMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Targeted content: A one-size-fits-all approach was not enough. The content needed to be relevant and recognizable to the many different professional groups in the municipality \u2013 from administrative staff to educators and social care assistants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/grapenordic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/95-900x604.jpg\" alt=\"Professionals discussing outside\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.490066225165563;width:900px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE SOLUTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution was a partnership that resulted in three targeted compliance courses:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/grapenordic.com\/en\/online-courses\/gdpr\/\">GDPR<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/grapenordic.com\/en\/online-courses\/cyber-security\/\">IT security<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/grapenordic.com\/en\/online-courses\/administrative-law\/\">Good Governance<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure maximum relevance and ownership, the standard programs were not just delivered \u201cas is\u201d. Through a close dialog, the content was adjusted and tailored specifically for Gladsaxe Municipality. This customization included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Branding: The programs were designed with the municipality\u2019s visual identity so that employees encountered a recognizable and credible universe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevance: Generic examples were replaced with concrete dilemmas and scenarios from everyday life in Gladsaxe Municipality. This ensured that the content felt relevant and relevant to the individual employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESULTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gladsaxe Municipality now has a complete training package that meets the needs of the organization.
