Registration for online courses
Registration is binding and must be done via the web form. Enrollment is personal and may only be used by the registered attendant.
Registration for on-site courses
Registration must be done via the web form. Registration must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the course. Enrollment is personal and may only be used by the registrered attendant.
Payment
An invoice will be sent after registration. The price includes participation. All prices are excl. VAT.
Online courses and e-learning
Online courses and e-learning are delivered digitally and immediately after registration. It is not possible to cancel a purchase of online courses and/or e-learning, so by registrering for online courses or e-learning you agree to give up the normal right of 14 days of cancellation.
Course Material
The online sales training course is provided via a log-in. Delivery therefore takes place immediately after registration and payment.
Online courses and e-learning are delivered digitally immediately after registration. It is therefore not possible to cancel online courses and e-learning, and the normal right of cancellation does not apply for digitally delivered products.
The course material is developed by Grape A/S. The material is subject to copyright law.
Copyright
All rights to generic materials relating to training belong to Grape A/S. The materials are protected under the Copyright and Marketing Act, so copying – mechanical, digital, photographic or other reproduction as well as reproduction of written materials or parts thereof – is not permitted unless agreed with Grape.
Errors and Deficiency
The Purchasing Act’s deficiency rules may apply to goods purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at +45 7010 2048.
Basically, you do not have 2 years of warranty as it is a service. Therefore, if you experience any problems, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to rectify any defects in the service that can be attributed to the nature of the service, unless in our own circumstances or other external circumstances for which we are not liable under Danish law.

Complaint
If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact info@grapenordic.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for doing so are met. All inquiries are confirmed via email.
Changes
Grape A/S makes reservations for changes in time, location, teacher, content, price and any printing errors.
