Grape as your business partner

When you choose us as your partner, you get a strong team of skilled learning designers, experienced consultants and structured project managers. We always work with the 4 e-learning phases, to ensure that your e-learning is built around your message, with the best tools to achieve your goals

1

Workshop

In collaboration with you and your team, we always start with a workshop to determine topic, learning objectives, design, tools and roles and responsibilities.
2

Learning Design

Then we start working on the Learning Design. Here, the focus is on how the design should be designed, both to meet your design guidelines, but also to achieve the agreed learning objectives most effectively.
3

Storyboard

Once the topic, learning objectives and design is determined - then we start developing storyboards. You could call it a little cartoon about your new e-learning module. We review and adapt it in collaboration with you and your team before we start production.
4

Production

Once storyboards are approved - we will start the actual production of your new e-learning. We provide video and audio recording, develop animation and gamification elements and assemble it all into the finished e-learning module.

We produce videos, audio, text and animations. Either you can leave it all to us, or we can also work closely with your team. We always make sure to focus on the agreed learning goals and make recommendations for the most effective tools and designs. We mainly work with Articulate Storyline, Rise and Vyond – and we always provide e-learning, that is compatible with all current and new e-learning formats such as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC and xAPI. If you also need the right LMS-platform to distribute your new e-learning content, we can also help you with that.

HOW SHOULD YOU SHARE AND MEASURE YOUR E-LEARNING?

When you need to share e-learning programs with your employees, you need a Learning Management System (also called an LMS).

Here are some companies we develop e-learning for - we are ready to help you too!

Why is e-learning so effective?

E-learning is a common term for competence development that totally or partially takes place via digital media. Fitting training and teaching into a busy life is a challenge for many. With e-learning, better time utilisation and flexibility is achieved, as your employees can train when and where it suits them. In fact, there are several good reasons to use e-learning as a training- and communication-tool in your organisation. With e-learning you can create training that is:

  • Flexible
  • Scalable
  • Cost Efficient
  • Effective
Do you want to send a uniform message to many employees? Then digital e-learning is the right choice. E-learning allows you to do professional training, effective business training and easy management communication.

It has repeatedly been proven that e-learning is more effective than the classic way of teaching because there is far more interaction and participant involvement – and although e-learning can often be used as a tutorial, you get the most optimal learning outcome when e- learning is part of a blended learning process – and we can help you with that. At Grape we know from many years of experience, that blended learning – where you combine digital learning with workshops – gives you the best results. Both measured in the effectiveness of the learning materiale, the amount of time spent on learning per employee and the financial cost.

Do you need tailormade e-learning?

Communicating with many employees or selected groups can be done simply with e-learning. E-learning can structure and simplify onboarding processes, strategy, communication and product launches.

We can help tailor your e-learning. You just choose the topic, the target group and the goal – then we help you produce it.

The topics can cover everything from:

  • Onboarding
  • Management Announcements
  • Company Strategies
  • Compliance (e.g. GDPR)
  • and many more
