Workshop

<h4>In collaboration with you and your team, we always start with a workshop to determine topic, learning objectives, design, tools and roles and responsibilities.</h4>

Learning Design

<h4>Then we start working on the Learning Design. Here, the focus is on how the design should be designed, both to meet your design guidelines, but also to achieve the agreed learning objectives most effectively.</h4>

Storyboard

<h4>Once the topic, learning objectives and design is determined - then we start developing storyboards. You could call it a little cartoon about your new e-learning module. We review and adapt it in collaboration with you and your team before we start production.</h4>

E-learning Production

<h4>Once storyboards are approved - we will start the actual production of your new e-learning. We provide video and audio recording, develop animation and gamification elements and assemble it all into the finished e-learning modul</h4>

We produce videos, audio, text and animations. Either you can leave it all to us, or we can also work closely with your team. We always make sure to focus on the agreed learning goals and make recommendations for the most effective tools and designs.

We mainly work with Articulate Storyline, Rise and Vyond – and we always provide e-learning, that is compatible with all current and new e-learning formats such as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC and xAPI.

We created an e-learning program with a combination of text, animations, videos and interactive exercises that aimed to make learning both fun and inspiring for STARK’s employees.
