Project
The program consists of 14 modules, where you learn to use the program Project.<br>
After the course, you will be able to plan, create, maintain and manage projects with Microsoft Project.
MODULE 1 - INTRODUCTION
Introduction to Project. Walk-through of course modules and prerequisites.
MODULE 2 - GET STARTED WITH PROJECT
The module provides a brief introduction to the user interface of Project.
MODULE 3 - START A PROJECT
The module shows you how to customize project and calendar settings.
MODULE 4 - TASKS
The module provides an insight into how you can create, edit and delete tasks as well as set milestones for your tasks.
MODULE 5 - RESOURCES
In this module you will learn how to create and allocate resources in Project.
MODULE 6 - COSTS
In the module, we take a closer look at fixed costs.
MODULE 7 - DEPENDENCES
The module provides an insight into the different types of dependencies that can be in a project and how you work with intermediate and overlapping time.
MODULE 8 - TYPE OF CONDITIONS
In this module you will learn about the different types of conditions in Project.
MODULE 9 - USER INTERFACE PART 2
The module shows you how to zoom, filter and create custom columns in Project.
MODULE 10 - CRITICAL WAY
What are the critical tasks of the project? Learn to identify your critical tasks in the project so that you get the project done within the deadline.
MODULE 11 - OVER-ALLOCATED RESOURCES
The module shows you how to identify over-allocated resources and adjust them.
MODULE 12 - THE ORIGINAL PLAN
The module looks at the principle “The original plan”, which are the dates and durations agreed between the partners in the project.
MODULE 13 - GANTT CHART
In this module you will learn how to present the project, or parts of it, as a Gantt chart. As well as how to print, share or export your Gantt chart.
MODULE 14 - FOLLOW-UP
In the last part of the course, you will learn how to update tasks in Project and how to apply the follow-up Gantt chart.
