Stress is a societal challenge that in the workplace can have major consequences for both the individual and the organization. Stress should therefore be systematically prevented and managed. Although it is expressed in the individual human being, it must be combated in the community in the workplace, as it often occurs in interactions between people and their surroundings.

For example, if you work to create “robust” employees, but the reasons for dissatisfaction are structural, it will be like doing ongoing renovations on a house where the foundation is broken.

In this module you will learn the 6 paths to well-being. At the same time, you will gain an understanding of how you can use them flexibly in your daily work.

MODULE 2 - WELL-BEING IS A COMMON RESPONSIBILITY

In this module you will learn more about the IGLO model:

  • The individual
  • The group
  • Person in charge
  • The organization

Everyone has a responsibility to ensure well-being and prevent stress in the workplace.

MODULE 3 - TAKE STRESS IN THE RUN

In this module you will learn to understand the balance between requirements and resources. At the same time, you will become better at recognizing the physiological, psychological, and behavioral symptoms of stress.
