Leadership Development - Lead yourself

Our online courses in leadership development consist of the most in-demand skills and tools in management today. They can easily be put together into tailor-made courses that suits your specific development need as a leader.

YOU LEADERSHIP STYLE (DISC)

The foundation of becoming a skilled leader is to understand when you have appropriate and inappropriate management behaviours, and then understand how to adapt these behaviours to varying situations and employees.

In this module, you will therefore be introduced to DiSC, one of the most recognized profile type tools, in order to increase your self-awareness and learn how to adapt your management behaviour.

YOUR LEADERSHIP MISSION

Many become leaders because they are the best or most experienced in the team, without having given much thought to what type of leader they want to be.

In this module you will work on what your leadership mission is. What will you be known for as a leader and what will your employees miss when one day you are no longer their leader.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Leaders have different roles and responsibilities depending on the level of the organisation they are at. In order for a leader to be able to fulfill his management responsibility, the management roles and responsibilities of the various levels must therefore be clearly defined.

In this module, we will have a special focus on the managers who have “employees in direct reference”, and on the managers who “lead managers”.

WHO AFFECTS YOUR LEADERSHIP?

Managers often find that their ability to exercise leadership is influenced by internal and external stakeholders. It can e.g. be the manager’s own boss, but also specialists, management colleagues, suppliers and customers. To be successful as a leader, it requires the leader first identify these stakeholders and then deal with them.

In this module, we look at how to identify key stakeholders.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE YOUR KEY STAKEHOLDERS?

In this module you will learn different tactics to deal with the many different stakeholders.
