Cyber Security is not a new concept but the importance of it is rising every day. We are obliged to protect our organisations against cyber-crime and therefore it is of the utmost importance that we focus on basic cyber hygiene.

MODULE 1 - E-MAILS

Be aware where you click in your inbox! Statistics show that 98% of all cyber attacks are totally or partly due to the unintentional actions of the employees. This module covers the 3 most common types of harmful e-mails.

MODULE 2 - PASSWORD

A safe password is one of the most important factors when it comes to protecting your devices, systems, websites and data. 80% of alle hacking related incidents can be traced back to weak or stolen passwords. This module covers 5 basic rules for the use of passwords.

MODULE 3 - WORK PHONE

The mobile phone contains a lot of sensitive information which must not fall into the wrong hands. This module covers 5 good rules when it comes to making your mobile more secure.

MODULE 4 - PHYSICAL DATA SECURITY

Data security is not only about IT-systems. Most companies handles a lot of confidential and valuable data such as contracts, financial information and personal data. All these data is not only processed on devices but also on paper and verbally. This module covers 6 rules about physical data security.

MODULE 5 - TRAVELLING

Whether you are travelling because of work or bring you work devices with you on holiday, there are a series of cyber threats you should be aware of. This module covers 8 rules for handling data while travelling.

MODULE 6 - SOCIAL MEDIA

Many people uses sociale media – both personally and in work related situations. Even though social media accounts are personal there are still a number of things to keep in mind, regarding your professional life, when using them.  This module covers 3 tips about social media.

MODULE 7 - DATA SHARING

As a part of our job, we often need to share data and documents. Not only with coworkers but also with external business partners. If you are sharing personal data there are a number of conditions you need to be aware of. This module covers the best advice when sharing data.

MODULE 8 - CLEAN UP MAIL INBOX

Informations that can be traced back to a specific person needs to be deleted when they are no longer necessary as required by the GDPR legislation. This module covers 3 rules for handling e-mails with personal data.

MODULE 9 - IN CASE OF CYBER INCIDENT

If you suspect a data breach has happened in the company is it crucial to act quickly. Even few minutes can have a big impact. So it is important to act on even the slightest suspicions. This module covers the steps to take in case of a cyber incident.
