The program consists of 9 modules where you learn how to use Excel and the basic functionalites. So, you can work with numbers, calculations and large amounts of data more easily. The course is for beginners and does not require prior knowledge or experience with Excel.

This module gives the employee a thorough introduction to the interface in Excel. The employee will get a walk-through of the structure of Excel and the most commonly used functionalities.
The module teaches the employee to work with formulas in Excel. The employee will learn how formulas are created, edited and copied as well as using percentage and date calculating formulas.
The module teaches the employee to work with the basic functions: AVERAGE, NUMBER, MIN and MAX in Excel.
The module teaches the employee to work with formatting. The employee learns all about cells, frames and formatting of numbers, date and percentage.
The module teaches the employee to work with large amounts of data. The features: sorting, filtering and freezing panes, are all useful tools when working with large amounts of data.
The module teaches the employee to work with pie and bar charts.
The module teaches the employee all about page layout and how to print data from Excel.
In the last module of the course, the employee gets tips and tricks in the format of shortcut keys and a small quick guide, which can be downloaded and used the next time the employee is working with Excel.
